Yoga in awareness
A living practice of body, breath and presence.
Like many people, I first encountered yoga through the physical practice of asanas, the postures. Very quickly, I felt that working on the body went far beyond flexibility or physical strengthening. The postures have a deep impact on the whole being: they calm the mind, develop presence and open a more peaceful and conscious inner space.
In my sessions, I offer Hatha Yoga practices that may be gentle and deeply soothing, or more dynamic and energizing, depending on the energy of the moment, the wishes and the needs of the group. The intention remains the same: to create a space where each person can reconnect with the body, the breath and inner presence.
I also offer collective meditation sessions for those who wish to take part. Meditation is a powerful practice that deeply soothes the mind and cultivates an inner space of calm. It can be experienced as a spiritual path, but also simply as a pause and a moment of disconnection in a daily life that is often overstimulated.
Practicing meditation in a group creates a unique dynamic: collective presence generates a different quality of attention and vibrations, which support the practice and help a soothing and positive energy emerge.
Yoga classes
Yoga classes are designed as spaces of presence, listening and balance. Depending on needs, the practice may be gentle, comforting and soothing, or more dynamic and energizing.
Attention given to breath, alignment and inner feeling allows each person to progress at their own pace, in a practice that respects the body and fosters deep awareness.

Collective meditations
Collective meditations offer a time for recentering, silence and shared presence. They help soothe the mind and open a calmer, more conscious inner space.
The strength of the group creates a special quality of attention that supports the practice and encourages the emergence of a soothing and positive energy.

Yoga for children
Yoga for children helps approach the body, the breath, attention and inner calm in a simple, lively and age-appropriate way.
Through playful and structured practices, children can develop concentration, feel more at home in their bodies and discover concrete tools for soothing themselves.

Retreats
Retreats offer a longer time to step out of everyday rhythm, return to what matters and deepen the practice in a supportive setting.
They may combine yoga, meditation, breathwork, silence, mindful walking, sharing circles and renewal practices depending on the intention of the programme.
