Who am I?

I am a woman, with her strengths and her imperfections. I am a body that dances, a mind that loves, a soul that seeks to connect with all other souls. Moving along a path of peace, in joy.

At the crossroads of cultures, I have been living in Senegal with my children for several years. My roots and traditions are plural. The extraordinary encounters that have marked my story, my connection with the natural elements and with all living beings, accompany and inspire me. I believe that what nourishes our consciousness helps us move forward with integrity. Openness to progress, whether material or spiritual, is not incompatible with our deepest roots.

In each training session, I open spaces of transformation for professionals whose diverse talents are simply waiting to unfold. Team dynamics and human relationships within companies need to be aligned with their strategic vision and performance challenges. Projects take shape by strengthening each person’s skills. They also come to life through fair decisions, aligned with clear objectives. Human resources management in the world of work has become a true passion.

The practice of yoga and tantra allows me to ground my personal ethics and live according to simple principles. Teaching yoga is, for me, a space of sharing, born from a transmission received from the devoted guides of Ananda Marga. Thanks to this guidance and to regular retreats — in India and elsewhere — I continue to deepen my practice on this path of evolution that is Yoga.
